A flat ground bevel bird and trout style fillet knife made from stainless steel hardened, cryo’d and tempered down to 59-60 RC. The “Barracuda” you see here has Stabilized Amboyna Burl handles with Black Ebony bolsters and carbon fiber pins. This knife comes with a custom made leather sheath.
